Daniel Merrion

Dan Merrion is a 4th-generation realtor. When most kids were taken around to different playgrounds, Dan grew up with his playground being real estate office openings and real estate business meetings with his father. As time went on Dan realized this is where his passion was as well. After finishing Hawaii Pacific University with a bachelor in International Business, Dan began his career with Coldwell Banker where he established Coldwell Banker's #1 team in Chicago's Lincoln Park Office. In 2005 he partnered with his brother, Brian, to create City Point Realty. They expanded the company to the west coast and grew to over 700 million in sales. He continues to rank in the top 10 of Chicago Agents, and is a member of Certified International Property Specialists.
