My specialty is working with buyers. If you check out my past sales a lot of them are entry level foreclosures. Working with a group of professional supporters (lenders, contractors, other realtors) over the past years has allowed me to flourish as a realtor. I make it a point to give as much time as needed to help buyers make the right decision for them. My wife Karen & I were born & raised in Lorain. Karen went to Lorain High class of 1965, and I went to Lorain St. Mary's class of 1966. I remember Lorain when it was a bustling city, during the Christmas season you had to step out on Broadway to get around customers walking on the sidewalk.
