Met Daniel in an open house He was showing. In a conversation he asked what exactly I was looking for that He was more than happy to help. He was so friendly and eager to help I accepted Him as my realtor. It was an awesome and fun experience,Didn't take long to find my house. All I had to do was to tell Him, make an offer, it was accepted, from there on I didn't have to do or worry about negotiations, contract, just where to wire the money. The house needed some very minor repair that I didn't think much about it, Daniel took it up on himself to write up a contract that if He couldn't take care of repairs, 2,500 should be drop off the price of the house. It was accepted and I was very surprise. He handles all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign them in a PDF files. He even handles the closing; He reviewed all the paperwork and it was E Mail in a PDF file for me to sign.
