Paul helped us a ton with a fairly complicated move. We started our search long distance - moving from Indiana to the Seattle area. Paul gave us great advice in our search and was very patient with us throughout the process. We worked with Paul for about 8 months. He gave great advice as we toured homes - everything from advice about the area (which was new to us) to costs of ownership to how things work in Washington with regard to real estate. Paul helped me purchase my first home. I originally met him in a first time home buyer seminar. With this being my first purchase I had lots of questions, which Paul was extremely knowledgeable.
