Dan helped us sell our townhouse and buy our house in 2007-2008. He took beautiful pictures of our house, and told us what we could do to spruce up the house for sale. He even returned on a different day to get a better picture of the front of the house we were selling for the MLS listing because it was cloudy the first day. When we compared our listing pictures to many on the MLS the difference was striking. Excellent pictures get buyers in the door! Dan was very quick to return telephone calls and emails, and helped us price our house to sell quickly. This was during the downturn in the housing market, and we got what we were hoping for on the house we sold, and also got a great price on the house we purchased. Dan was exceptional. We have known him to sell quite a few homes in our neighborhood. We were selling our house in MN living in NC. Dan did everything to help make repairs, find various contractors and professionals, made arrangements to get them in for repairs. Additionally, he was very professional with the whole process from constantly be in touch after showings to provide updates. We had a couple of open houses and he was very prompt and detailed in providing updates about prospective buyers. Overall, the process was very smooth even though the house took 3 months to sell.
