Having recently sold my home in Fort Lauderdale I originally reached out to Daniela to schedule an appointment to see one of her listings. I was pleasantly surprised that she immediately took my call, asked about my needs, told me she would schedule a viewing and get back to me as soon as possible. Daniella returned my call in less than 10 minutes to confirm my appointment and went above and beyond by asking if there were any other homes I was interested in seeing which I confirmed and shared 3 additional listings. Within 24 hours Daniella had shown me her listing along with the 3 additional listings. She came prepared with the facts on each listing and showed no bias toward any one listing, only listening to my needs trying to determine what may work best for me. In the days to follow I was working in another state but we worked together to submit and offer on one of the homes we saw and negotiated to a price where I felt comfortable.
