As first time home buyers, me and my wife were very new to the process and Danielle helped us understand every step of the process very well. The best thing we liked about her was that she was not at all pushy to make a deal happen. In fact, she asked us to wait for sometime to find a home suitable for me and my family. I thought this was very rare and we knew that she wanted the best for us and not just close the deal on any house. She has been living in this area for most of her life and that really helped us find the great location suitable for my and my wife's jobs. She was always available for us every time we called and has a great team with her which helped us during home inspections & loan approval process. As a person she is very friendly, responsive and funny :). This made interactions with her very pleasant. Overall, it was great to work with her and we were happy that we had her on our side when making such a big decision!

One of her best skills is her enthusiasm. When we finally found the right home for us, I sincerely couldn't tell who was more happy, Daniele or me and my husband. Daniele really stands out in three key areas important for buyers and sellers to consider when choosing an agent: (1) She is very responsive. Her responsiveness moved our deals forward quickly. Other firms were far less responsive. (2) She is punctual. When taking time away from family and work, you don't want to be waiting around for an agent that isn't considerate of your time. (3) Daniele is also aggressive in working with the agent on the other side of the deal and in pushing to get a deal done.
