As first time home buyers, my wife and I knew going into the process that we would need someone with a thorough understanding of the local neighborhoods and who could guide us step by step through each process and thought that was involved in the home buying process. We couldn’t be more thankful to have had Danielle O’Connor be that realtor to work alongside us during such an important time in our lives! Being a local resident herself for many years, Danielle immediately helped us narrow our housing search and assisted in refining our house criteria, helping us to gain a new perspective on the value of prospective homes, both in current state and potential. Not only was Danielle incredibly responsive and flexible in coordinating house viewings (especially in tight windows in a hot seller’s market), but she also had the patience and creativity to help us imagine what a house could be with some updates. Kathe and her associate, Danielle, were simply outstanding in all aspects of the sale of my Mom's home. We started months ago preparing the house for sale and their advice on the work to be done and enlisting the various contractors was far beyond what we expected. The preparation and due diligence undertaken in pricing the house made us very confident we had the right pricing strategy. Lastly, negotiating the sale and bringing it to completion with a challenging buyer showed patience and persistence. They truly did a fantastic job from start to finish!
