Five stars plus!! Daniel, Loren and the team are the absolute best in the business. As the former director of the Real Estate and Land Use Economics program at the University of Nebraska I've traveled the country and experienced the cream of the crop. Their experience, proactive communication, ability to negotiate and overall professionalism leave little, if any, possible room for improvement. In my opinion, if you don't end up using this group you'll either cost yourself money or have more stress during your transaction. I slept well at night knowing that Awaka team was handling our sale.

Daniel and Loren from the Awaka team did an outstanding job listing and marketing our home in Aurora. They were there every step of the way and made the process so easy. Very responsive to calls and e-mails and able to answer all my questions. They had fantastic professional photographs taken of the home and since it was vacant added virtual furniture for online pictures. I had a certain amount I was hoping to get for my house and after Daniel came through and took a look he thought we should list higher. He was so right and really has a good sense of the market. Not only did we start out higher than I was hoping to get be we sold for an extra 9% over asking which was amazing. Before we went active I wanted to replace the carpet and have the whole house cleaned by a professional. Also along the way there were a couple other companies I needed to have come to the house for items such as Radon mitigation and mudjacking. Loren scheduled all the appointments for me and I never had to lift a finger for any of that. It made it so much easier since I had already moved out of state. I absolutely would use Daniel and Loren from the Awaka team again and recommend you do as well!

If I needed anything they were available to help asap. I couldn't have asked for a better team to assist me in the sale of my home.
