As a first time buyer I really had no clue of where to start and what important questions to ask, if I wanted a town home or a house. At first I went with an agent that I had met at an open house. I “thought” he would know all of the ins and outs of the home buying process and have my best interest at hand. My first agent kept telling me I was going to lose the house and I needed to put an offer way over the asking price with every home I had a glimpse interest in and without looking at it, and gave no reason why. He was pushy and showing me homes over my approval amount of $350k. I quickly realized I was going no where with him and found Danielle after talking/crying to my coworker about my experience she told me to call Danielle right away. I met her at a home I was interested in and not only did she explain the home buying process crystal clear but she also pointed out things in the home that were good and bad. She also asked me how much I felt comfortable with for price range. I said I was pre-approved @ $350k. She explained the difference between an approval and the comfort payment. She told me it's not worth being house poor and look for homes well under that approval. Danielle also told me about home buyer progams which NO ONE else did. She listened to what my needs were and cared that I find the right house, no matter how long it took. She explained real expectations. Danielle really knows what she’s doing and she is not PUSHY in anyway. She made me aware of how competitive the market currently is.. I did see about 15 homes with Dani and with every single one she gave me her honest opinion, examples, ideas, options, solutions, and resources. I actually only had to write 2 offers and the second offer was accepted because of Danielle's excellent work. She knows how to make your offer competitive and that’s something that is key in this home buying market. She helped me though the whole process from beginning to end and even after the home closed. She also saved me MONEY. My beautiful home was only $286k not $350 k and it's perfect. Danielle is a excellent real estate agent in short words. I recommend her to EVERYONE. On a different note, I am going to miss our house tours together we had a lot of fun.

Nothing short of amazing! Danielle was highly recommend by 3 of my coworkers. I went into this process very green. Danielle, "Dani" took the time to sit down with me and go through my list of questions. Danielle is very personable and approachable. I learned so much through her, like how to identify problems in homes, general maintenance, and rehab option. Danielle was able to negotiate an unbelievable deal saving me around $42 k. She is a hard worker to say the least and was always looking out for my best interest and made me take my time for the right house. As a single woman, this was very important for me. After 22 years of active duty, moving back to the Twin Cities was completely different from when I had left in the 90"s. Danielle knew how to work with VA loans, benefits, and with relocation of military families. Because of her experience, she made this process for my wife, kids, and I easy and efficient. OMG, we LOVE Danielle!! My husband and I could not have done this move without her. She helped us navigate through a tough and stressful situation and took us literally by the hand and turned our situation into an amazing experience. She really looked out for our best interest. Danielle is authentic, factual, sincere, very knowledgeable, she is not on BS, and straight forward. My husband and I really appreciated that she was honest and told us the facts vs telling us a line we would want to hear. She saved us over $35 k from just being honest. Danielle is also awesome at decorating. We loved what she did to our home when we sold so much, we had asked her if she would help design and decorate our new home. (we let her loose, Steve and I have no clue how to put colors and ideas together) "I wish I could post photos".. Seriously, our home should be featured on TV. She worked hard and well below the budget that we gave her. She told us to "go on a cruise with our extra funds, and to work on our tan".. so we did!

Danielle sold our neighbors home 13 yrs ago and we had honor of meeting her back then. We were nervous to get new neighbors because our neighborhood doesn’t have a high turnover. Many of us are original or second owners. I remember Danielle being so nice, kind, and bubbly. She said she would find us some great neighbors, gave us hugs, and she did just that! In fact, my son Kevin married our new neighbor’s daughter 3 years later. So when it was time for us to move, we called Danielle right away. She guided us every step of the way and gave us realistic expectations. She sold our home within a day and we received multiple offers. We were shocked how quickly it sold and it was fun seeing the offers come in. Danielle also found us our new home. My husband and I are both retired and were looking for a cabin home. Danielle has a great eye for detecting issues on homes; things that Joe and I would have never have thought to look for. Lucky for us, after a couple of weeks we found our forever lake home.
