I struggled with how to write this review in a way that left out all the dirty details, but demonstrated why and how much I valued and appreciated my realtor during and after this process. I struggle now as I write this. But I will write in nevertheless. Simply put, Danielle faced challenges that no realtor should have to face, much less endure repeatedly, in order to adequately and professionally represent her clients during the sale of my prior house. But, Danielle did so. And she did so with grace, patience, and respect. I fully understand that my review does not sound like the review of a realtor, but this sale was not your typical sale in any way. I find it hard to express in words how much Danielle helped me as a client, and as a person, during this process. She was always willing to talk things through and work together to come up with solutions, to bounce ideas off one another and to come up with the best approach. She was always prepared when an unexpected, or predictable, curveball was thrown by one of the parties involved in the sale. I have sold and bought a house before and I know buying or selling a home is stressful, but this sale was a nightmare. Danielle helped me make it out of that nightmare, and for that I am forever grateful, and would recommend her to anyone. She is a great realtor and a solid human being.

A few months ago we found ourselves in a very tough spot and had to make the decision to put our house on the market. As anyone who has sold or bought a home knows, the whole process can be pretty daunting on a Good day! I contacted Danielle and explained our situation. At the time we were pursuing a couple of different directions, which included the possibilty of staying in the home or putting it on the market. Danielle was SO accomodating and understanding of the stress we were both under. She immediately set to work pulling together comps in the area, checking them diligently as some of them were actually listed wrong with MLS, presenting us with a very comprehensive plan of her marketing strategy and at the same time, listening very carefully to what OUR goals were. She was 100% ewith immaculate attention to detail. I especially appreciated that she lives locally and understands the unique aspects of this location. We went back and forth at least 3 times, getting ready to list, and then telling her we needed another week, then calling again and telling her we were ready to list again. She was supremely patient about all of this uncertainty and plugged along on her end, making sure she had everything in order in either case. As it turned out, we didn't end up having to list the home and honestly I felt terrible having to tell Danielle that we weren't going to sell after all, especially after the immense amount of work she put it. Her response was incredibly kind. She essentially said that she was happy for us and that we had to do the right thing for our family, and that if it were her own home, she would feel the same way about having to leave it. That was precisely what I needed to hear. I cannot recommend this hardworking, kind and bright woman enough. If the time DOES come for us to sell our home, we would definitely call her again.

Danielle does an amazing job at anything she does so I know that she will be a REALTOR that is thorough, diligent and more important, honest! She is following in her family's footsteps so has their experience to draw from. Her multi-tasking skills are top notch, bar none! Give her a call and you won't be disappointed.

You will never find a more hard-working, caring, and tenacious advocate during your home buying process. First and foremost, Danielle cares about what you want, and makes it happen. She dots every i, crosses every t, and has milestones completed before you even know you have them. Among the plethora of issues that come up during the process, none came from her and she recognized and solved them immediately so we didn't have to deal with them. She coordinates with all parties involved, including others far beyond her duties, such as organizing contractors for renovations and pursuing all the details surrounding that process (including shopping with you for tiles!). Soft-spoken, gracious, and considerate, both buyers and sellers love dealing with her. She's also humble and resourceful, and reaches out to other specific experts to make sure what you want can become a reality. We are thrilled with our new home and were so lucky to have her, because we may not have our beautiful home without such an amazing advocate. Thanks, Danielle!
