    • There are a few things that led me to ultimately select Danny as my agent (After evaluating SEVERAL other people).1) Responsiveness: I work in a very fast paced industry. I get antsy if I don't get emails/ phone calls back in a very short time frame which is, frankly, probably not fair. However, Danny always responded quickly - through email, text or phone call. That was extremely reassuring. Even for example after submitting an offer and during the waiting period, a simple "Hey still haven't heard back but I'm on it" was a PHEWWWW for an anxious prospective homeowner.2) Honest: Danny doesn't BS you. He says things like they are which are very much appreciated. He also gives you honest objective feedback. He will give you as much information as possible to give you an informed choice.3) Mastery of the MPLS markets: he's kind of a real estate nerd, in a good way. Him and his broker partner Charles Dailey (another wizard that I loved) throw out comps, info and other useful info that made my life easier. I'm a numbers aficionado and they were there to assuage me constantly.4) Flexibility: I never had to really wait around for Danny to select a day for showings. He usually was able to make it work for me. From early AM to late PM showings - it was never a "UGH DO WE REALLY HAVE TO GO OUT SATURDAY NIGHT?!". I also made him run around the entire metro area since I had no clue what I wanted yet. And lastly- he dealt with my penchant for switching "my ideal home" every other day. A condo! No, a SFH! Yes, South Minneapolis! No, Uptown! He took them all like a champ.5) Just fun to work with: from a post-offer coffee to evaluating other properties only a few weeks after closing to quell my potential "Buyers Regret" (it didn't happen), I just had a great, stress free process.Danny was A+ all the way around and I can't even find something bad to say about him although I told him I reallllllly wanted to ruin his stellar 5 star but couldn't find a reason to do so.Thanks Danny!

    • Danny is experienced, knowledgeable, and hardworking. When we originally were interviewing realtors, something about Danny really stood out: he does not have his clients sign a contract with him until the end of the house search. He believes that if he isn't doing well enough to keep clients' business, they should be able to walk away. Danny certainly went above and beyond in helping us purchase our dream home!We found our house, but it was for sale by owner. Since the seller didn't have a realtor, she had a lot of questions about the process of selling and was hesitant to accept our offer. Danny ended up walking the seller through the process so that we could buy our house. If he hadn't spent so much time explaining the paperwork, I doubt we would have gotten it!I really appreciated how available Danny made himself for us. We always received prompt responses when we texted and emailed with Danny. He took the time to explain the details of purchasing the home and connected us with a plethora of resources and recommendations along the way. The finance guy he recommended (Charles at iLoan) was able to get us a 20-year mortgage for the same monthly payment we were quoted with a 30-year mortgage somewhere else. I am really happy we chose to work with Danny and highly recommend him to anyone else buying a home.

    • I cannot tell you enough wonderful things about Danny and the team of people he works with. From the initial meeting with Danny, I felt comfortable. He is a great listener and has extensive knowledge of the market place. We were quickly able to agree upon a sale price, the pictures he had taken were amazing and the listing was extremely professional. As a seller, I was proud to have my home listed by him. Danny takes great pride in his work. My home sold in 2 days with multiple offers and Danny found the perfect buyer. With my house selling so quickly and reality setting in, Danny was able to keep me calm and assist me with the purchase of a new home. I had my eye on an area. With the perfect place on the market, he set up the showing immediately. I was in love with the home and Danny was able to have the purchase offer ready to go in just a few hours all while I was in a continuing education class. Danny provides his clients with access to technology that allows you to sign via computer/tablet/smartphone which was very convenient for me. From the time I left the showing at 12:30 to the time I was out of my class at 6pm, I had the offer delivered to the sellers, a response back for negotiation, our response to them and an agreement signed. Amazing work. He was able to walk through everything with me and answer all of my questions, which I had many. Of course there was one little hiccup in all of this excitement when it came time for the appraisal of the house I was selling. We knew that it may be a little bit of an issue due to the previous down market (we had discussed this up front). We just didn't think it would turn out to be as large of a gap as it was especially with multiple full price offers. When I say Danny told me he had the perfect buyer early on, he could not have been more right. It ended up making all the difference in the world for my specific situation. Danny was able to keep me calm and work with all parties involved to come to an agreement. I couldn't be more happy in my new home or more impressed than I am with Danny and his team. I highly recommend him to everyone and will use him again when the time comes. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, DANNY!

    • I was referred to Danny by a mutual friend to help sell my condo in Uptown Minneapolis. His fees were reasonable, if not very reasonable, and his understanding of the housing market and the transaction process was exceptional. He always had good, straightforward, and immediate answers to my questions. He connected me with a staging service which I was very please with, and even recommended a great moving company once my place was sold. I really felt like he was a partner in the process, and that he had my best interests in mind. Highly recommended.

    • I found Danny through online reviews like this one and I have to say that I am more than pleased that I chose him and his team to represent me and help me sell my house. I had accepted a new job across the country and really was looking to get my house sold as soon as possible, but also for the right price. This was my first experience selling a house and Danny was very helpful and knowledgeable about the industry, area, and current market. He answered all of the questions I had very quickly and provided great recommendations when needed. There weren't much for comps in the area around me, but he did a good job of picking a good price range that I was happy with and was also competitive. The property was not necessarily in the most desirable neighborhood either, but I had done a decent amount of work to the home to stage it and present it as best as possible before bringing Danny on board. Due to that, we were able to move along quite quickly with the process and in the end I received and accepted an offer on my condo very close to asking price, just two days after going on the market. Then about half way through the closing process I made the move across the country and Danny was able to take care of everything and get the property sold without a hitch. Thanks in large part to him I was able to turn a profit on a property I had for only a year and a half. I would definitely recommend him and his team if you are looking for someone to help you sell or buy a home.
