We recently relocated from Columbia MO to Snoqualmie WA. Taking on this big of a move was intimidating for us as although we were familiar with the "tourist" side of the Seattle region we quickly realized how little we knew about becoming a resident here. Danny was instrumental in guiding us through choosing the perfect community for our family of five, navigating an "escrow" state and ensuring a smooth transition for all of us. Throughout this process we never had to worry about anything here in WA. While we worked on selling our home in MO, packing and moving; Danny took care of every detail on this end of things going far above and beyond our expectations. Initially, we were looking at condos with HOA's. Every property we said we were interested in, he did research and provided us with feedback about the HOA and the property. When we were looking everywhere, his itinerary he made for us was extremely detailed including maps, the listings, and times for when we were to see specific properties. Every time we had a question, he was always there, very responsive. Always took the time to listen to our concerns but also provided feedback and was reassuring throughout the entire process. We learned so much from him about the market and why properties were priced the way they were. The paperwork was a breeze. Danny from the very get go was very knowledgeable, patient, and devoted to getting us what we wanted. We were looking all over the map, and he put us in the right direction. Although I didn't purchase that home, Danny and I stayed in touch and he notified me when any home meeting my specifications came on the market.
