I'm in the process of relocating from the suburbs to the city. I had fairly specific criteria and budget to work with....Danny very quickly and thoroughly was able to find what I was looking for, in the neighborhoods requested, with enough diversity in layout and feel that I felt I was in a great spot to make an informed decision. His knowledge and attention to detail is unrivaled in my real-estate experience. Danny is an excellent realtor. He is very knowledgeable about the different Chicago neighborhoods. He also knows the right questions and things to look for during showings and as a buyer was definitely working for us. He has all the connections to help with a smooth closing. He also has resources for contractors. He is always available and I have never had someone call me back as quickly as Danny does. Even after the closing very helpful and available.
