Anytime I found a house we wanted to look at she contacted the owners or other realtors and we went and saw it. If I had any questions about what we needed to be doing to make our house more desirable she was there with the answers. If I had a problem and was stressing out about it she told me how to fix it. Even when we had a couple deals fall through due to an inspection and bad timing she helped us get up and go forward. When we were at the last straw and ready to take the house down we got a buyer. She ended up getting us our asking price which we were convinced we were going to have to lower. It was a long process but she was there the whole time making it much easier.
