Believing that education and knowledge help to serve clients better, Dare is an Associate Broker and has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations. Less than 4% percent of Realtors have the CRS designation, yet they sell over 20% of the business. She serves on the board of the Richmond Association of Realtors and on the board of the Virginia Residential Real Estate Council (formerly Council of Residential Specialists), of which she is the immediate past president. Dare has also been awarded Virginia Certified Residential Specialist of the Year in 2016, Sales Associate of the Year in 2013 and the Service Award in 2009, both from the Richmond Association of Realtors. She serves Central Virginia as she is a member of both Richmond's and Fredericksburg's Associations.
