He knew how much to price my home for and exactly what it would sell for. On the buying end, he got me the best inspectors to make sure I was getting what I paid for. Daren worked diligently to help me find my first home. He took his time and answered all of many many questions. He explained not only the home purchasing procedure but also helped in the questions I had regarding Financing. He even helped after the sale with improvements we wanted to do with the home.
