Daria is a great person to have on your side when buying a home. We were buying for the first time and Daria made everything easy to understand. She was honest, reliable, and experienced. She answered every phone call, worked with our busy schedules, and never made us feel we were wasting her time. We ended up buying a short-sale home which is normally an intimidating process, but with Daria's help, we were able to buy the home of our dreams at a great price!

We can't say enough about Daria. She recently helped us sell my mother's home of 35 years. She was very personable and professional. My husband and I currently live in Florida, but wanted to find a home in Huntley, IL. We thought working long distance to buy a home would be challenging but finding Daria to help was a blessing. When we found the home we thought we would like, Daria responded promptly and used Face Time to give us a live tour of the house. When there turned out to be multiple offers, Daria walked us through the process, using her broad knowledge and professionalism to get us the house. Daria, hands down is a rock star broker. Always positive, but realistic she is professional and kept us informed at all times.
