As a first time home buyer, Darin proved himself as a very knowledgeable realtor. I had a ton of questions. Darin answered all of them. I said I truly didn't know what to look for in a house for faults or things consider. Darin walked me through several lengthy showings pointing out areas of the home which would come up on an inspection, things which would need repair, and going into detail on different features. Darin is an excellent real estate agent. He knows the market extremely well, correctly gauging a reasonable selling price. He offered very helpful advice regarding what expenditures are best for selling a house. He frequently visited the house, after it was vacated, to make sure that contractors had performed their work well, and he even cleaned slight messes made by them. He answered questions promptly and accurately. His video production was superb. Also, he is friendly, articulate, and enthusiastic. On a scale from 1 to 5 hes definitely a 5.
