Rude very one sided , never followed through on anything he ever said, was either drunk or could not read not sure for the disconnect in communication. Wished we never went with him. His office is no support and he makes so many promises, yet leaves you just hanging. A cash offer that takes over sixty days to close is rediculas. Run , run he's very intitled.
