My husband and I met Darius when we were about to move to the LA area. We didnt know the area and werent sure where to lease as we wanted to get to know LA better before buying. Darius set up a whole weekend were he drove us around and showed us most of LA and taught us about what each city had to offer. We were able to see so many different houses with different amenities which allowed us to pick the perfect house for us. He helped us lease our first home with ease and then left a generous gift at our house as a house warming gift, very classy! We stayed in touch for the next 2 years when we were ready to buy. Again, he spent countless hours showing us around while learning exactly what we wanted in a house. He listened to what was important to us and didnt rest untill he found it. The day our now owned home went on the market we got a call in the morning saying we had to go check it out that day. He made himself available on a holiday weekend with barely any notice to make sure we were able to see the house and put in an offer because he knew this was the home we had been looking for. He was so instrumental in helping us get our home as we were first time home buyers and didnt know much about the process. Darius helped us every step of the way and it was so nice to have someone we could trust with such a major decision in our lives. We purchased our home within a month of getting married and again Darius left us a very generous and thoughtful gift for our upcoming wedding and new home. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional and we are lucky to call him our realtor and friend.
