Darlene Barnas

Our family has used Darlene Barnas for the buying of 2 homes and the selling of one. She is considered our realtor for any future transactions we may have. I may be wrong on the numbers as there may be another house in Antioch that my children sold through her (Their 1st house). When you find someone that is good, you keep them. She does not forget the people she has helped after the closing is done, rather we receive calendars etc. each year. She is a very knowledgeable realtor and appraiser. She discusses hazards, flood areas, lead and asbestos possibilities and many other things that the average person would not even think to ask about. She not only meets with you in person, but keeps you updated on the process by email. She gladly accepts questions anytime and gets back with you very quickly. Most of all she really listens to your expectations and wants and conveys that to the other party and your lawyer.
