Darlene Couture is absolutely incredible at what she does! We had the pleasure of working with her while buying our house. I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy or sell! Darlene was so patient with us, and was there with us for every step up the way. She, without a doubt had our best interest throughout it all! She was our voice and fought hard to make it possible for us to buy our dream home and without her it wouldnt have been possible at all. I pitched in toward the staging but she paid the larger share. She found multiple contractors on my behalf to complete the basement painting and some other unfinished carpentry. She also hired a guy to mow the lawn. I needed her talent and expertise since I live over 2 hours from the property. She is a wonderful team player. She continued to work hard and met the fire inspectors, the home inspectors and even the building inspector for the final approval on the building permit. I did NOT know Darlene prior to this transaction. She came highly recommended from my Attorney. My attorney specialized in Real Estate closings. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone: Buyer or Seller. You will NOT regret it!

Darlene helped us with new construction. She listened to me cry on the phone to her multiple times (sounding like a blubbering whale) and guided us through the process. She was so kind and gave us a very thoughtful gift at the end of the process.
