Darrell Self

Darrell was wonderful with us. I had recently had an experience with a real estate agent who would not always return my calls and get me into houses I wanted to see. When I called Darrell he was right on it and usually got me in that very same day. We were very particular in what we were looking for and he found us the exact place we were looking for. He connected us with the right people to get the job done, and even though we worked with a difficult lender and had problems in that area, he worked with us and got us through it. We will be selling again in a few more years and moving and I will not even think about using anyone else.

Darrel is honest and straightforward in his business dealings. He doesn't rush his clients to decisions, but thoroughly examines all the attributes and drawbacks of an offering. More than once he said: Oh I don't think you want this house. Look at this. Any time we had any questions he he would get the answer quickly. As far as price negotiating, the current market precludes much haggling. We were able to find a home we love in our price range, in a timely fashion.
