- Darren helped me buy a home
Darren himself was a pleasant person who smiles a lot, is knowledgeable about the area, and has sold many houses over a 22-year career. Where Mr. Kostival failed was as a human being; selling a home with glaring maintenance issues for well over market price, then sticking a young first-time homeowner couple with past due bills from the previous owner. A previous owner who happens to be a close personal friend of Mr. Kostival. With all the decent options out there, I cannot recommend this man as your realtor.
