We sold our home and purchased a new home with Darren. He was amazing!! We ran into several MAJOR speed bumps when we were in the process of selling our home. Other realtors would have thrown in the towel and run away as quickly as they could but not Darren. He stuck with us throughout the entire transaction. Darren also helped us purchase a home the exceeded our expectations. Even though it was a short sale and was a lengthy process, Darren stuck by our side, kept us in the loop about each step in the process, and was an advocate for us when it came time to negotiate purchases price, closing costs, etc. We highly recommend him for buying AND selling a home.
