Darrin is unsurpassed in responsiveness and customer service: he always got back to us right away, offered to visit prospective homes and provided videos of them if we even expressed the slightest interest (we live in a different state and this was for a second home), and then arranged to speak with us, citing the pros and cons according to the criteria we gave him. We have never seen a harder worker, nor a more thorough one. He was always on top of what was going on in the Two Harbors area market, knew what was going to come up, was well connected, knew the history of the individual properties, and used his many contacts and his extensive knowledge of the area, the housing stock and its condition to help us pick something that would be right for us. He was extremely helpful in planning negotiations with the seller and his advice was spot on. He really cares about matching clients with the right property and simply doesn't let up in his search or his contact with you, which is not common.
