Darryl has been a great agent to me. He was attentive to my questions and helped me with the sale of my home. I had a lot of questions but Darryl and his team were great. My home looked AMAZING after it was staged by Darryls team.

We just closed on our house with Darryl and his team guiding us through the entire process. We interviewed a few agents, but Darryl, with his extensive knowledge of our area (he knows school districts lines, which neighborhood is assigned to which school, all the houses that sold and currently for sale and prices!) and his very non-pushy, always optimistic and encouraging attitude made it easy to choose him. He helped us get our house ready to be put on the market and when we needed specific services (a/c services, handyman, paint), he's got a team of amazing people. He sold our house within a week for over 30k asking price. Then our hunt for our new house began. We were specific to stay in a certain area and we saw more than 30 homes. Each time, Darryl was super patient, always available and answered all our questions. Darryl's team is of amazing people who helped us navigate all the paperwork and getting our new home. We can't say enough thank yous to Darryl and his team. If and when we start this journey of selling and buying again, Darryl will be the only person we will call.

Bravo to an exceptional realtor team! From start to finish it was an excellent experience. We spoke to Darryl months before we put our house on the market. He kept in touch periodically and when we were ready to sell he visited us, gave us an overview of the process, and answered all of the questions we had. They worked around our schedule, were flexible, and communicated well. Even during COVID-19 they worked hard to sell our home and ensured we stayed on track and managed to get us a great selling price! Darryl and his team are amazing. When it was time to sale the house, we interviewed several real estate agents and we know we picked the best. He is always there to answer your questions (text, phone, email,etc.). Not once did I ever feel like he was bothered by my questions and phone calls. He offers ideas on ways to increase the value of the house and has recommendations for awesome contractors, companies, etc to minimize your cost. Darryl provided staging for the house and then had a professional photographer come through to take amazing pictures. It is so evident that Darryl and his team know exactly what to do. This is completely different then my previous experiences buying/selling houses with other local real estate agents. A+++ By far, the smoothest and easiest real estate transaction that I have ever completed!
