Only five stars? The service we received working with Daryl is worth much more than that. He has incredible attention to detail - that saved us both time and money. Even though he has a heavy clientele workload, he makes you feel that you are his number one priority. I don't know when he sleeps because he always responded promptly day or night to our questions and needs. As for knowledgeability, Daryl is so well versed that he catches things proactively and can explain things in a way that makes it completely understandable - he always has a plan, a process and a solution at the ready. He made a very difficult foreclosure purchase virtually painless, and we closed in a little over three weeks. It was such a pleasure working with Daryl. Always willing to go the extra mile. We are not novice buyers having purchased multiple homes throughout our lives, and Daryl is by far the best agent we've ever had. We would recommend him without hesitation.
