Dava and her team were amazing. After my house being on the market for 9 months with no offers I decided to change realtors. I met with Dava and took her advice and we were under contract in 45 days!

Dava and her team helped us sell our existing home in January this year (2017); they also helped us purchase our new home. There were so many details to coordinate with the timing and the scheduling of multiple transactions that had to all take place perfectly for it all to happen - and it did! They did a beautiful job marketing our home and did so much to help us while we were away for two weeks to help show the house in the middle of a snowy winter. I can't recommend them enough!! Each team member excels at what they do, and are such a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with how quickly our house sold and the price we got, and couldn't be happier with our new home as well. If we ever decide to move again I will be calling Dava in a heartbeat!
