Dave has successfully helped families with all their real estate needs since 1989 starting with one of the first agencies in Chittenden County to offer Buyer representation and Dave has represented the best interests of hundreds of Buyers since then. In early 2008 Dave joined the small select group of experienced agents at Chenette Real Estate. About this time, foreclosures started to enter into the Vermont market at an increasing rate and Dave jumped on the opportunities that presented themselves. Being a detail-oriented person and one who loves hard work he established a close relationship with Vermont Housing Finance Agency and represented them on the majority of their 70+ purchases of foreclosed homes that were renovated and then resold under their affordable loan programs.
