- Dave never responded to my request
Dave was the seller's agent for a house that I made an offer (offer was for the market price). I know that I was one of the first ones to make an offer as I made the offer only hours after it had been put on the market. Dave never acknowledged receipt of my offer, did not answer phone calls, text messages, or emails from my realtor. He ignored my offer and let it expire. He violated the code of ethics and acted extremely unprofessional. He also violated the fair housing act. His intentions were very clear: waiting for the best offer and making as much money as possible. He did not even give me the opportunity to buy that house which is against the fair housing act (a federal law). Ignorance and unprofessional behavior are his strengths.
