Two years ago we moved to Colorado from NJ. We were searching for a house in the Superior/Boulder area. Dave was indefatigable in searching for homes we would like. He was on the alert for any new listings and made sure that we will be among the first to see the properties after they were listed. While we were cruising the neighborhoods Dave was giving us the history of the region. Since he is native of Boulder, he knows the area very well, and as a history buff he is interested in the changes that occurred over time. While passing different neighborhood we were getting a historical background of the places we were visiting. Dave is low pressure, incredibly dedicated and exceptionally reliable. Dave also listed and sold my home in under three weeks. I will use Dave the next time I need to find a home.
