Just because I was finally happy to find a place after all the crap he was showing me.. I ended up paying aprox $30,000. TO much.. He never looked at any previous sales in the complex and showed me no comps.. And we were friends so I cant imagine what he does to someone he doesnt know.. Sorry Dave but thats the truth.. What a hugh mistake I made having you as a realator!!
