We selected David as our Realtor 2 years ago, but we weren't ready to buy at that time. His lengthy time spent with us even though we weren't ready was huge. He continued to follow up with us from a hospital bed halfway across the country too. I was in contact with David at 10 pm on weeknights and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. He made us feel like we were his only client. We will continue to use him in the future!

He had four offers in the first two days and two of them were over asking price. HE IS AMAZING!!! He is professional to what he does. A realtor, a friend you would like to keep really close. After the closing date, he still kept following up to make sure everything were ok. And letting us know he was there to anything he can help with.

David was AWESOME to work with! He was always available and ready to help when needed. David was confident that if I allowed him to list my home, it would sell in 3 days for an asking price $30,000 more than I had it listed for sale by owner! David is very Professional, listened to my concerns and very familiar with the area and has many contacts. David referred me to a contractor that removed the popcorn ceilings and re textured with a more desirable finish. I had multiple Agents come through my FSBO home wanting to list it and none of them impressed me like he did. When we moved to the area we were renting our house. We found David and he took us to see countless houses with patience. We ended up buying the house we were renting because we invested so much into deposits. David was able to negotiate our deposits plus the alarm system and water softener all the while sending hundreds of documents to my husband overseas with a 6 hour time difference. It was a tedious transaction with the sellers but David was incredibly thorough, decisive, patient and wise. He was always available when I called or texted. He has been faithfully keeping us with us through the lockdown and pandemic. Hes become a friend. If and when we move we will call him.
