I called and left a message and Bo not only called me back right away, he also made all of the arrangements with my tenant to appraise the house. Within a week, Bo had all the reports ready for me and discussed them at length. One of the biggest selling points for me was prompt communication because I live out of state. He always called back right away and used text messaging to communicate with me. Best of all, I was able to pay online and I received an electronic report for my records. I would definitely refer him to anyone in need of an appraiser.
