David Michael Baltz

David Baltz is the best! Even when I was in tears because of my first lender I went through David still made it all better. He works for his clients in every way possible to get you everything you need to have an overall positive experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone I feel is worthy of his great attitude and willingness to help you get the results you want. I couldn't thank him enough if I tried. What a beautiful soul! I will always consider David a great realtor and friend

David Baltz made our home purchase the best I have seen. He listened to our concerns ( very few) and guided us through every step. He is a professional with an amazing sense of working with both sides to make things go smoothly. His sense of humor put him over the top. Promote him!!!

David was awesome to work with and helped us find the perfect home! He was incredibly patient with us as we searched for our home, making himself available for phone calls and showings at all hours of the day! He created a personalized search to notify us as properties meeting our criteria came available, and notified us with any potentials he was aware of before they officially hit the market. He was fun to work with and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process! Definitely recommend!

David's communications with me were great. Was very willing to work with me on scheduling because I live 11/2 hours away. David was always upbeat and I enjoyed working with him.

We absolutely loved our experience purchasing our first home. As first time home buyers we were a bit nervous, but everyone at Core Group Realty made it amazingly easy. We would recommend you all, and especially our realtor David Baltz, he's absolutely the best.
