David Barber is a true professional. His real estate knowledge, high integrity, and character are rare to find, and I am so glad that we chose him as our Realtor for the sale of our home in Aurora. I feel that without David, our home would not have sold in the fast time frame and for the best price.

When I first began my search for a home, I knew I had to find the right realtor. David was incredibly patient, kind and professional. In 2009 my brothers and I found ourselves in the position of having to sell our family home as our parents had passed away. While each of us had purchased our own homes years ago, none of us had the expertise to know how to go about it especially in that year of challenging economic times. David Barber was a god send. His know-how, intelligence and compassion guided us through difficult times. His knowledge of and ability to communicate what was needed at our parents' home was clear and spot on in terms of presenting our family home in its best light. He was patient with our questions and when legal situations arose, researched them when necessary and informed us of our choices so that we could understand their ramifications. He helped us make intelligent decisions on pricing the home so that it could be sold in a timely manner when the housing market was experiencing challenges. David was always thoroughly kind to all of us as we prepared the home our parents had owned for 40 years for sale. It was a difficult time. His suggestions on real estate matters as well as his thoughtful sensitivity to our situation will always be humbly appreciated. His keen awareness of the local real estate market allowed us to sell at a reasonable rate and for the buyer to purchase a reasonably priced piece of real estate. I was both confident and very grateful to have this knowledgeable, solid and compassionate man at my side during the closing. He answered every question I had with clarity and aplomb. He was thoroughly professional, open, mature and honest every step of the way. In addition to the property in Colorado, my parents owned a condominium in another state. Of course David could not help us there, but he did put us in touch with a colleague of his who was able to connect us with another remarkable real estate agent, Rain Magyar, who, like David, was thoroughly competent, professional, compassionate and honest in every way. I would highly recommend Dave as a realtor, he is very detail oriented and on top of everything, he even came to our closing very sick with pneumonia.
