Dave is a very patient and caring person. My husband and I started our venture trying to look for a house to rent that suited our needs, and through our venture we met Dave. He was so patient showing us houses when it snowed, rained and was very cold, late in the evening. It felt liked he showed us 100's of house, I know that was not the case but it seemed like it. We eventually decided to buy instead of renting so the search began, again. When we found the house it was magically to see Dave work his stuff and negotiate us a great deal, it was truly a blessing of a deal, that could not have been done without Dave. Dave, Joe and I thank you so much. I am sorry it has taken me so long to write this review. So if any one out there is looking for a house in Gaithersburg in the 20879 area, Dave's your man. It is a beautiful area with wonderful neighbors.

Dave was excellent throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process, had our best interest at heart and always gave the best advice about what to do. The best thing about Dave is his responsiveness. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. He truly is the best agent that I have dealt with!

Dave is an excellent agent for the first time homebuyer. He was very patient with us showing us dozens of homes and several bids. His knowledge helped us put together a winning bid despite a shift in the market. We closed on our townhome in 35 days, and he even helped move a few of our boxes!!!

Dave Bender gave us excellent advice for staging and getting our home ready for sale. He posted our home on a number of listings and after one open house we received an offer within the first 3 weeks of listing. He was always available for our questions and worked with us and the other realtor to make the closing go smoothly. Dave made the process less stressful and did a lot of the "heavy lifting." Dave is very relaxed and makes the process less stressful. Even though he was busy, he was willing to show us properties well before we were ready to purchase just so we could get a feel for certain areas. When we were ready to sell our house and buy a new one, Dave helped us do both quickly. We had 6 offers after being on the market for 5 days and got above asking price. Dave was able to coordinate our sale and new home purchase on the same day to avoid a double mortgage payment. Overall, Dave was fantastic to work with and he genuinely seemed to care about finding the right house for us instead of just trying to make a sale.

I contacted Dave to get me into a house in Darnestown. He organized listing and selling the home I owned 5 miles from the house I wanted to buy. He researched the comparables and presented to them with a recommended price. We took some time to look at the comparables and he helped us to hire a contractor to spruce up the house. The house sold at the second open house after a minor price adjustment. Around the same period we researched the house I wanted to buy. He took my wife and I on multiple house visits to make sure that the price on the new house seemed right. We found one that we almost bought, but didn't. Based on all of this Dave negotiated the price down to our comfort level (something like 5 percent). Dave helped us find a moving company that was priced right for the short move. Incredibly, Dave arranged for both the sell closing and the buy closing on the same day.
