David was quite simply the best. I had two unfortunate experiences with other realtors before having David recommended to me. After sitting down with him for the first time I knew I had found someone who was knowledgeable of the industry in general and, more specifically, the area in which my condo was located. By the time he left, we had an action plan in place. David never disappointed. He was always available and always focused on the objective of getting my condo sold for a fair price. In other words, he worked very hard for me. He was efficient, effective, ethical, attentive, patient (with a great sense of humor) and kind . We were a "team" - a successful one. I highly recommend him to your attention.
