Dave Breslin was referred to me by a friend who had worked with him in the past and had great things to say about him, especially about his knowledgeable in the WestPark/Fairview area, where I was hoping to buy. After our first phone call, I was sold. He understood what I was looking for, he was friendly and ready to help. As I started looking at homes, communication with Dave was easy, he was patient, supportive and helpful. Every house we walked into was overwhelming, but Dave was there to help guide me through the home, and to look at details I would not have thought about, furnace age, water in basement, AC age, etc etc.When I found the home I was hoping to put an offer on, Dave made himself available that same evening to finalize the offer, even though it was later in the evening! It was a whirlwind, but I was happy to have his support. Offer accepted, Dave was there for the inspection, helpful in the walking through and understanding what the inspector was telling me. We remained in contact throughout the entire process, I did not know what to expect as the loan process began, and Dave also helped in communication with the lender and kept me updated. The day of close, Dave got me the keys at about 3:30, earlier than expected and I was able to take possession! The entire process was stressful for me as the buyer only because its a large purchase, but Dave made it easy and was with me from start to finish and I appreciate it so much!
