David Cloyd

David Cloyd is the first realtor who truly was truly there throughout the entire process. We were moving to a new city within NC, trying to sell our current home while purchasing a new one. We found David through HomeLight, but he wasn't the only one we looked in to buy a home through. We interviewed several other realtors in the area, but after our meeting with him, we felt that it would be a great fit. We learned through our first home-buying experience that you should at least enjoy talking to the realtor since you would be spending a lot of time with them looking at houses. After we found our home, we were still able to keep in contact with him and ask questions. Overall, David is a realtor we trust to give us genuine information.

My experience looking for homes was fantastic. Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea of the process. You made it seem so easy! You were always prepared to show me multiple listings to get an idea of what felt like it could be home. Matter of fact, the home I ended up choosing (& loving!) was one you picked out that I never saw on my own. You were & still are reachable, which I think shows how devoted you are to your clients. Ill recommend you a thousand times over!
