After earning his real estate license in 2005 and his broker's license in 2010, he identified a need for his clients in the area of short sales and set out to become an expert in this area. Together with his team, Dave has successfully closed more than 400 of these complex transactions over the course of his career, in addition to training hundreds of other agents on the intricacies of the highly sought-after specialty. He also specializes in the coastal markets and prides himself on his ability to comprehend and deliver on the needs of his clients. He is the 2019 President of the Laguna Beach Board of Realtors.

      Dave is extremely knowledgeable, professional and organized. He has a great understanding of the market and always has his clients best interest. I have worked with a lot of Realtors over the years and Dave is at the top of my list.

    • I have had the pleasure of working with Dave on several real estate transactions. He is the consummate professional who knows the real estate market inside and out. He is meticulous in his research and takes the realtor duties to the next level. When you are selecting a realtor to list your home, don't make the mistake of going with the realtor that gives you the highest price. You will likely pay for it with a listing that sits on the market too long and forces you to keep lowering your price. Get it done right the first time. Dave will do the research and tell you what you need to hear not what he thinks you want to hear. At Dave's suggestion, we staged the home, added some paint and revamped the yard. I think we put 26k into it but the house got a cash offer within 5 days and we set a new record for the highest sale price in the neighborhood since the financial crisis!     • My husband and I needed to relocate to the east coast for job transfers. Having just bought our first home three years prior, and considering the current market, we were completely at a loss as to how to handle our property in CA and still be able to live on the east coast. A friend recommended we speak with Dave Csira, who had helped him through the short sale process. At first, we were very much opposed to this option. However, after researching the market and considering what we could get for renting our home, we decided to meet with Dave. From the moment we meet with Dave, he was nothing but professional and understanding. My husband was out of town, so we were able to conference him in while I met Dave at the office. Dave listened to our situation and expressed to us that he thought we were the perfect candidates for a short sale, but never once pressured us into committing to anything. After a few weeks of discussing with my husband, we decided that in our situation, unfortunately a short sale was the only option. Although this was a really tough decision to make, knowing we had Dave and his awesome team take care of us gave us some peace of mind. From the moment we signed on with Dave, he got the ball rolling He had a professional come and take pictures of our home and had it up on MLS within a few days. He scheduled a realtors' open house and we had a lot of people looking at our property. We received an offer in just a few weeks. Unfortunately, our bank was a bit slow to respond and the buyer did not accept the counteroffer, but Dave soon had another offer lined up. My husband and I were living on the east coast by then, but anytime I needed a progress update, or just someone to tell me the house would sell, Dave and his team were there. Someone always answered the phone or got back to me immediately. I was incredibly anxious about the entire process, and Dave and his team had seemingly infinite patience. We got a closing date for early November. However, our buyer's loan docs were taking some extra time. At the moment it seemed there was no hope for this buyer to close, a member of Dave's fabulous team, stepped up and pulled off what we believe to be the "Christmas miracle" of 2011. They worked tirelessly, reaching out to people both on our side and the buyer's side and on December 7, we closed. My husband and I cannot recommend Dave and his team enough. Besides their expertise and experience in the world of short sales, specifically in southern CA where they are all too common, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. There was full transparency throughout the entire process, and many a little bit of therapy for me too!
