David is absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us, especially since my husband and I are first time home buyers. David was able to show us many houses in Huntington Beach, and when we wanted to focus on certain areas of the city, house size, yard size, floor preferences, house type, etc.. he was able to deliver and then some!! He was also very responsive and know whenever we reached out via text or call, he always answered right away and whenever we had questions on the house, he always found an answer, and when he didn't know it right away, he definitely got back to us when he found out. Funny thing is, my husband and I looked at 5 houses total. The first house that David recommended us to see, we skipped. Only to come back around in the end, and it becoming our dream home. David was truly amazing! He was always responsive, he figured out what we were looking for and then really tailored his search to what was best for us. He was realistic and honest, and I felt that he actually had our best interest at heart. He never tried to sell us, or push us into something we didnt want.
