He understands what needs to be done to a property prior to putting it on the market. He understands what home inspectors will look for which negates "surprises" by inspectors and facilitates the process. He had individuals available who can help in all areas, if needed, so there was no need for me to make phone calls and take up my time. He personally monitors the work of individuals who provide needed services such as painting, house cleaning, etc. When the property was listed, he continuously made me aware of the progress (since I moved out of the state). I could absolutely trust him in all areas of the process. > In short, engage his services, listen to what he says, then relax and know you're in good hands.

Dave is the definition of everything you want in a realtor and more. He's helped my partner and I both buy and sell a home and has been nothing short of fantastic. He is responsive, diligent, thorough, caring, and honest. His knowledge of the Las Vegas area is incredible and his experience helps when navigating both the buying and selling side of the housing market. Anytime I had a question he would either answer or return a call quickly and helped explain a lot of the process, and he would often call me just to check on me if I had any questions or concerns.He will go to bat for you and push and pester other agents to get things moving for you.

We know what a great real estate agent can do to make the entire process go smoothly or what an agent can do to make the process a nightmare. Dave did not pressure us or rush us in anyway. He took the time to do everything professionally to obtain the best possible outcome. Dave communicated with our tenants respectfully for a smooth transition for them as well as us. He worked with excellent vendors to get our property repairs completed in a timely fashion. Dave advertised professionally with excellent photos and video. He gave us the best comps in the area and priced our properties perfectly to get the best price. Both properties sold over asking price within a week of placing on the market! His marketing strategy was spot on. Even though we are out of state owners not one time did we feel we needed to be in Vegas to complete the transaction.
