I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with him. Had my agent show one of his rentals, did the online application and more than three weeks later still no response, then when I spoke with other people in the building they said that there agent was great the one that showed us but that he is horrible to deal with, takes your application fee and no response and tells other tenants which one's have paid and which ones had not and he had no idea that he was telling us about our friend that lived in the building, DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM YOUR JUST WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
