I would like to thank The Eiglarsh Team for helping me to sell my house for more than I expected and quicker than I dreamed. David Eiglarsh personally went out of his way to clean up the house and got it ready after an eviction. On that same Friday, he had a contract drawn up to sell and resented it to me on the Saturday morning. David engineered everything for the first showing on that same Saturday. Then his team inclusive of these lovely ladies, Claudia, Dorothy and Virginia, guided the sale through to the closing in about 30 days, even though we had a multitude of tedious ongoing problems. The closing was also flawless. This was all done with me in New York. I never had to take a trip out of town from beginning to end. David assisted me with the entire process; cleared/cleaned and dealing with the Homeowners Association. He was a friend during the entire process and to this day we have not met him.
