AMONG THE BEST OF THE BEST ! ******************************** This review is for David Elton. Last month I purchased three investment homes and he represented me as buyer. This month he has helped me procure new tenants for two of the three properties. I'm very happy working with him. He's excellent and knows the market very well. This smart and tireless agent is a highly skilled problem solver, contract writer, and negotiator. Each time I opened escrow he was on top of EVERYTHING from start to finish. He also has outstanding local connections. On this last deal, I encountered a problem because my lender over promised and failed to deliver. Dave helped to save my deal by getting me connected with a traditional lender that was able to fund my loan in only two weeks. This is something I never thought possible! I now have a 30-year fixed mortgage with a competitive interest rate. Back in the 1990's I worked as a full-time Realtor myself in the Los Angeles market. Through the years I've worked with dozens of agents located in different parts of our country. So I have a broad point of reference with comparing agents.
