I recently moved back to Central Florida after living out of state for many years. A "friend of a friend" gave me Dave's name. From our initial phone conversation, Dave impressed me with his knowledge of the local market. I had a long list of "must-haves" and Dave found me properties that met all of my criteria. Even after my offer was made, Dave remained in constant touch to make sure everything went smoothly. A last minute issue with my lender would have deterred others, but Dave had a "plan B" in place to make sure I was able to close on time. Best realtor I have ever worked with.
