He was focused on us as if we were his only client. He was tentative to the details of what you were looking for in a home, and was an all around stress free process, and it was a good experience. We gave him a long list of requirements for the home we wanted. David found the one that met all of our criteria. Were so happy in our new home. I highly recommend David Gans. Hell work just as hard for you!

When I was looking to buy a condo in Ybor City (Tampa) for an investment, I found one on line I really wanted to check out. David arranged for us to see it immediately. I liked it so much, I put in an offer which the bank denied the offer as a bank owned home. David found me another condo in the same complex with the same floor plan. Better yet, with intense negotiations skills, we got it for the same price I had offered on the other condo that was denied but with much classier upgrades.
